Yes. Our designs are created to combine comfort and support. Depending on the cut, you can adjust the fit using the ties and adjustments. The level of support is specified on each product page.

To preserve the fit, elasticity, and vibrancy of the colors, we recommend that you:

• Rinse your bikini in clear water after every swim, then gently hand wash it in cold water with a mild soap. Lay it flat to dry in the shade, and avoid using the washing machine, tumble dryer, or iron.

Our fabrics are rigorously selected and OEKO-TEX® certified, for enhanced textile quality and safety.

During standard periods (excluding launches, promotions, or high traffic), any order placed before 12:00 PM is prioritized and dispatched the same day or within 24 hours. Once the parcel is handed over to the carrier:

• Metropolitan France: estimated delivery in 4-5 business days.
• French Overseas Territories: estimated delivery in 5 business days.
• International: variable lead time estimated at 7 business days.
• Reunion Island: estimated delivery in 24 to 48 hours.

During periods of high activity (notably the holiday season), delays may exceptionally occur beyond our control.

As soon as your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to you so you can follow the progress of your parcel in real time.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's progress.

All return requests must be validated by our customer service team before the package is shipped so that we can provide you with the correct return information.

For hygiene reasons, the item must be unworn (except for trying on), unwashed, with tags and hygiene protection intact, and returned in its original packaging. We advise you to keep your underwear on when trying on items.

After receipt and inspection of the product, the refund is processed via the original payment method.

To make an exchange:

Réunion: exchanges are possible via hand delivery. To arrange a physical exchange, contact us by email at nusa.swimwearpro@gmail.com to schedule an appointment.

Other destinations: exchanges are not offered. Simply make a return (according to our conditions) and then place a new order.
